Why Trump is depicted in a coffin at Tehran crossroads

Tensions between the US and Iran have reached a critical point.

The ongoing tension between the United States and Iran has now reached a critical juncture. A massive billboard in a busy intersection in Tehran, Iran's capital, has become a topic of discussion. This billboard depicts U.S. President Donald Trump in a coffin, shown as deceased.

According to Arab News, the billboard is inscribed in both English and Persian with the words, "We Will Kill Trump" or "हम ट्रंप को मार डालेंगे।" Following the emergence of this message, the verbal confrontation between the U.S. and Iran has intensified. U.S. President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran, stating that they will face severe consequences.

In the hoarding located in central Tehran, Trump's eyes and mouth are shown closed. His hands are tied over a red tie, and his body is placed in a coffin like a corpse. According to media reports, this symbolic presentation also features the black concrete barriers used during the funeral of Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

The lower part of the billboard reads, "In memory of the children of Minab." This refers to the southern Iranian city of Minab, where children died in an attack on a primary school during the war on February 28. Iran is presenting this billboard as a symbolic response to that incident.

This billboard has emerged at a time when Israel's intelligence agency Mossad has shared a sensitive intelligence report with the United States. Reports from The Wall Street Journal and CNN indicate that Israeli intelligence agencies have provided Washington with inputs mentioning a plot by Iran to target U.S. President Donald Trump.

According to reports, U.S. security agencies have also been monitoring potential Iranian threats against Trump for several weeks. However, security concerns have heightened following the inputs received from Israel. After the assassination plot and the billboard in Tehran, President Donald Trump has issued a stern warning to Iran. He stated on social media and in public statements that,

America's 1,000 missiles are "locked and loaded" and aimed directly at Iran. If Iran attempts to assassinate him or takes any action against the U.S., America will respond immediately and comprehensively with military action. He also claimed that the U.S. military has already been given the necessary instructions to respond without delay in the event of any attack.

Alongside verbal attacks, military activities have also intensified. According to the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the U.S. conducted new airstrikes on Wednesday on Iranian military bases allegedly used to threaten international commercial ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz. The U.S. military also claimed to have disabled an empty oil tanker advancing after breaking a blockade with a missile strike at sea. President Trump has made it clear that the U.S. will continue its military operations until Iran returns to the negotiating table.
